Yes, but we do not recommend it. We suggest 1 tube for MM and 1 tube for SM to eliminate error.

Can you blow from 5mm to 8mm or 8mm to 5mm tubes?
No. All tube within a system needs to be the same size.

How are tubes identified within a cable?
Each tube has numeric printing.

Can you use nitrogen to blow fibers?
Yes, but we recommend compressed air.

Can you use the OSP cable for direct burial applications?
No, for duct use only.

Do you need to use conduit for indoor applications?
No, the tube and cables are riser and plenum rated.

How do you protect vacant tubes?
For short term, use duct end caps and for long term, use a straight connector with a duct connector plug.

Who manufactures the glass fiber?
Corning.
